These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GHUS and its accompanying mobile application (the “App”), provided by GH Builders USA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using the Service or App, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Service or App on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Governing Law
